Everyone needs a good laugh every once in a while. Comedy is a truly heartwarming genre that has been the base for many other genres over the years such as the rom-com (romantic comedy) and sit-com (situational comedy). One of the most notable things about the comedy genre is how large the spectrum is for what falls under it. Comedy is subjective, everyone finds different things comical; making the comedy genre full of lots of surprises for its enjoyers.
